Ephesians 3:21

Ephesians 3:21

21 Unto him [autos] be glory [doxa] in [en] the church [ekklesia] by [en] Christ [Christos] Jesus [Iesous] throughout [eis] all [pas] ages, [genea] world [aion] without end. [aion] Amen. [amen] KJV-Interlinear

21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen. NASB

To Him, Jesus Christ, who is God, who has taken on the title, Son of God, so that the plan of God can be executed with perfection, so that people in all generations can be saved and therefore have a life of overwhelming meaning and purpose and value, forever and forever, and forever, and beyond.  For all of eternity in other words.

Despite Satan’s efforts to derail and destroy God and Gods plan and even destroy you, God has, by means of simple written words, been able to destroy Satan and his plans of evil, and promote you and all who pursue Him.

God laid out a plan for a phenomenal future, a future that will continue forever, for the Church alone. Those who do not belong to the Church, do not have a good plan for their future.  They have only a future of terror and misery and worse.

Now think for a moment.  Glory means magnificence, splendor, beauty, wonder, grandeur, brilliance, exaltation, dignity, honor, praise.  That is the sum total of God and all that He is, and all that He has made possible.

A very long time ago, God created the universe.  And if we could look back in time and see it then as it originally was, even our own planet, then we most probably would see the most remarkable and beautiful environment possible.  Even our own planet would have had to have been beautiful beyond description.  And prior to the fall of Satan, there would not have been any predators nor victims, only the many life entities that God created, living in harmony and happiness.

Then Satan came along and ruined it all, for a while anyway.

But one day, when God finally put an end to all of the evil that exists, and then that beauty will be restored, but not only restored, it will be replaced in a new universe, which will be far better, far more beautiful, far more phenomenal than the one we have now, even in its original state.

Jesus has said, that with faith, anything is possible.  We have just studied that all that is, was made possible by means of the very words that we are studying.  So, what is possible for you, if you just happened to learn doctrine, just happened to grow up to spiritual maturity, just happened to attain a high point of completion and fulfillment, spiritually speaking, in your own life?

Is a daily study not worth that opportunity?  Is a daily Bible study a waste of your time?  Do you have something better?  Whose fault is it, if you fail in life?

Is a daily study not worth supporting, pursuing, making it your very own, and not just for a couple of weeks or months, but for the rest of your earthly life?

What good and great things, legitimate things, can you imagine, and then what exists beyond that?

Before you were born into this world, you had no say as to what kind of person you would be, as to what kind of life you would have. But now God gives you every opportunity to design and define your ultimate life for all of eternity.  Why would anyone ignore that tremendous opportunity over the simple price of your time, in a daily study?
