Isaiah 30:29

29 Ye shall have a song [shiyr], as in the night [layil] when a holy [qadash] solemnity [chag] is kept [qadash]; and gladness [simchah] of heart [lebab], as when one goeth [halak] with a pipe [chaliyl] to come [bow'] into the mountain [har] of the LORD [Yahovah], to the mighty One [tsuwr] of Israel [Yisra'el].   KJV-Interlinear

29 You shall have a song as in the night when a holy feast is kept, and gladness of heart, as when one sets out to the sound of the flute to go to the mountain of the LORD, to the Rock of Israel.  ESV

Even though this study is not scheduled to be posted until Monday, events are unfolding in Paris, this Friday evening, as I begin writing. Regardless of the evil that forces its way into this world, when it is all said and done, those who belong to Christ will not only have the last say, but also the last and best song of victory, to sing in their heart.

The song, is one of victory and celebration.

This is a song of recognition of Christ, in reference to a holy feast.

The Jewish feasts typically began at sunset, or about 6 PM. As the Jewish day began at 6 PM and ended at 6 PM the next evening. Our current calendar has a days beginning and ending at twelve midnight.

The feasts are rituals and celebrations of worship, focusing on the Messiah, who is Jesus Christ, and Gods overall plan and design. And, of bringing truth and understanding, through Bible doctrine, and the development of the individual spiritual life, resulting in the gladness of heart, otherwise known as spiritual maturity and the peace and contentment that results.

The mountain of the Lord, refers to the vastness of truth that is contained in, and available through, Bible doctrine.

And the Rock of Israel is the one true God, and Messiah, and Savior, namely Jesus Christ.

God’s grace is often times referred to using the symbolism of music. This is described in the Psalms, as the music plays on, and thus regardless of the circumstances and events of this world, God’s grace, and God’s plan continue on unhindered and uninterrupted.

To follow the sound of the flute, to the mountain of God, is to follow His grace provision, through faith, as one advances within their spiritual life to their completeness, and the fulfillment of each individual’s meaning and purpose in life.

The world is full of evil, and it will remain so until the end of human history.

Thus we have Bible doctrine, and the promise of ultimate deliverance and victory. And evil, will eventually be erased from existence.

These studies are a part of the massive daily study web site at DailyBibeStudy.Org, and are written, so that you can come to Christ if you have not done so already, and therefore not be lost forever.

And if you have already believed in Christ, then these studies are written so you can learn and understand and grow in your spiritual life, so that you can come to the full knowledge of Christ, so that you can fulfill your meaning and purpose in life as God intended for you, and so you can qualify for a phenomenal eternal reward which you will have forever.

To ignore this opportunity to pursue a daily study means you will be incomplete, unfulfilled and you will lose out, big time.

The Daily Bible Study is online, making it possible as never before in all of human history, to advance in ones relationship with God, through Christ, and to complete yourself beyond your imagination.

But you have to decide to make that commitment.  No one else can study for you.  You have to do that yourself.
