Psalm 37:6

Psalm 37:6

6 And he shall bring forth [yatsa'] thy righteousness [tsedeq] as the light ['owr], and thy judgment [mishpat] as the noonday [tsohar].   KJV-Interlinear

6 He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.   ESV

There are only two worlds.  The spiritual unseen world, and the carnal seen world which is all around you. The seen world has a trap on your life and the only way out of that trap is to learn Bible doctrine, and then discover how to escape the traps of the world.  Indifference, pretense, or refusal to learn Bible doctrine leaves you in the trap, and eventually you will never realize that you are trapped, until God calls you out of this world and then it is too late to correct your life.

This is the devils world.  It is run by cosmos diabolicus, which is the policy of evil. It is filled with crime, enticements, distractions, compromise, seemingly reasonable philosophies, and everything imaginable designed to keep you from God, from Christ, from Bible doctrine, from truth, and from fulfilling your life.  Remaining under the rules of the world, means remaining empty and having an incomplete and unfulfilled life.

Learning Bible doctrine, which is merely listening or reading the instruction of the Bible, is your ticket out of the clutches of the world and your freedom into seeing what realities really are, and what phenomenal potential you really have for a life that is far, far more than the world could ever offer.

In the meantime, the world looks awfully like the tables are turned in favor of a wicked and unbelieving society.  But God reminds us to fret not over the successes of the wicked, and especially not to imitate wickedness just so as to get some of the good life that the world dangles in front of us all.

And why?

Because, what God has planned for you, both now and in eternity, is infinitely far greater than anything you could ever accomplish in this world in a thousand lives.

When you were saved, God imputed into you, His righteousness and His justice.  Both together make up holiness. And holiness is a separation from the world, and joining with God through Christ.

In that plan, of Gods, which He has specifically for each believer, is a destiny beyond everything you can imagine. And even though the world seems to have the upper hand most of the time, it does not. The world has nothing, and all that it has is temporary at best.

So, pursuing the world, gains you nothing in the long run, and only temporary things in the short run.  Temporary things that will never build, never fulfill, never satisfy.

And Gods promise here, is that your spiritual life, that you are building up now, assuming that you are pursuing your daily studies, will pay off big time, when eternity arrives.  The light of the noonday, is a reference to the brightest of the bright.  And it is seen by all.  And that is your eventual vindication and reward.  It is certain, and phenomenal, and very public.  All will see your passion and dedication and the results that come to you.

And for those who do not hear or give an ear to this counsel of God, there will be great embarrassment and nothing beyond that.

The opportunity it here and is now.  You just have to decide if you are going to be smart or stupid.
