Isaiah 3:13

Isaiah 3:13

13 The LORD [Yahovah] standeth up [natsab] to plead, [riyb] and standeth [`amad] to judge [diyn] the people. [`am] KJV-Interlinear

13 The Lord arises to contend, And stands to judge the people. NASB

The Lord is God.  The Lord is truth. The Lord is doctrine.

To plead, means to litigate, to contend, to resist, to oppose, and thus to determine a just result.  That result is to judge based on facts, and truth.

To stand up means to make ones-self heard, to stand up to attract attention so that when words are spoken they are viewed and heard by all present.  To stand up means to gain the attention of all.

And that is exactly what God does with doctrine throughout history.

For humanity, there is no excuse.   There is not a single person in history, nor ever will be, who does not know the repercussions of their rejection of truth.

There is not a single person in history that does not know right from wrong.

There is not a single person in history that has even a single excuse for the way they think or act in life.

God has been around always.  From eternity past to eternity future.  There was never a time when God did not exist.

God has perfect knowledge.  God designed and planned history and all of creation, even every person who will ever exist.  That includes you.

Regardless of what you think or believe, God is going to determine your future, your reward.  And, your future is going to be based on what you think of Christ, what you think of doctrine, what you think of His plan and design for your life.

For those who subscribe to Gods plan through obedience to His plan, as He has designed it to operate, then there will be a phenomenal future.

For those who think they can get by on their own, by means of their own feelings or sincerity, or good intentions, or even reject God completely, then their future will not be a pleasant one.

Your entire future lies in your decisions, and yet God will make the final determination based on what you actually do or do not do.

Your only control over your own life is to either comply or not comply with Gods mandates. God will sum up the results accurately and fairly when all of the ages are completed.
