Revelation 20:7

7 And [kai] when [hotan] the thousand [chilioi] years [etos] are expired, [teleo] Satan [Satanas] shall be loosed [luo] out of [ek] his [autos] prison, [phulake] KJV-Interlinear

7 And when the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison,  NASB

Only the redeemed (both Jew and Gentile) will inherit the Kingdom, Rev. 12:6,13-17; Isa 60:21; Rom 11:26, Rev. 7:9-17.

Survivors (believers only) of the tribulation will still be in their physical bodies.  They will not receive their resurrection until the end of the Millennium.

However, with the restoration of the perfect environment and more, in the world, lifespans will increase dramatically, Isa 65:20.  That means a huge population explosion will occur in the Millennium.  Young people will be a hundred years old and that makes older people in the many hundreds of years, by the end of the Millennium.

That means that moms will have huge numbers of children, and many generations will mean a huge world population.

All of these folks will still have their sin nature, and many (in the latter generations) will reject Christ as their savior, Rom. 8:7, despite His being present on this earth.

Failure in salvation does not depend on the amount of information available, but on the love of sin, Jn. 3:19.

Even though the Millennium will be the single most prosperous time in history, there will still be sin and sinners, and they will receive, for their misdeeds, swift justice, Rev 2:27; 12:5; 19:15; Ps 2:9, including even the withholding of rain on their land for their refusal to acknowledge Christ and by living within their sins, Zech 14:16-19.

Without a leader, their sins will lack an organizer to bring them together in a formal rebellion.

But, at the end of the 1000 years, Satan and his demon hoards, will be released from their imprisonment to prove two things.

First, that he has learned nothing, and that he will continue to oppose Christ, and second, that those who have rejected Christ will follow him in a heartbeat.

Without faith in Christ there is no salvation.  Perfect environment and prosperity are no substitute for faith and doctrine.  And likewise, prosperity and environment cannot prevent the deceptions of the lies of Satan, and they cannot cure or override the sin nature.
