Revelation 19:15

15 And [kai] out of [ek] his [autos] mouth [stoma] goeth [ekporeuomai] a sharp [oxus] sword, [rhomphaia] that [hina] with [en] it [autos] he should smite [patasso] the nations: [ethnos] and [kai] he [autos] shall rule [poimaino] them [autos] with [en] a rod [rhabdos] of iron: [sidereos] and [kai] he [autos] treadeth [pateo] the winepress [lenos] [oinos] of the fierceness [thumos] and [kai] wrath [orge] of Almighty [pantokrator] God. [theos] KJV-Interlinear

15 And from His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may smite the nations; and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. NASB

The Word of God is alive and powerful, sharper than any two edged sword, Heb. 4:12.

Jesus Christ is God.  God is truth. God rules all of creation through the power of His word.  His word is more powerful than any weapon that has or ever will be, invented or made.

The words coming out of the mouth of God, symbolized the phenomenal power and deadliness of His words.

At the Second Advent, Christ will strike down all of the worlds wicked with a near instant strike.  His power will separate out those who are believers and those who are the wicked, Matt. 25:31-46, in the goat and the sheep separation.

This final judgment will be the final blow against Satan and all of the wicked on the earth, Isa 66:15-16; Ezek 39:1-4,17-20; Joel 3:12-21; Matt 25:31-46; 2 Thess 1:6-9; 2:8.

The treading of the winepress is also imagery of Gods wrath in judgment and the crushing of all enemies, squeezing the very life completely and totally out of them, such that they are completely and permanently defeated.

The last battle scene, will be extremely thorough and extremely violent.

And then, when the Kingdom of God begins, Christ will rule with a rod of iron, which is symbolism for complete and fair and unbending and unyielding and fair justice.  No longer will there be bias or prejudice, or an unfair justice system.  No longer will justice be drawn out by delays and positioning or maneuvering by the parties.

All justice will be thorough and fair and swift.
