Psalm 40:10

10 I have not hid [kacah] thy righteousness [tsadaqah] within [tavek] my heart [leb]; I have declared ['amar] thy faithfulness ['emuwnah] and thy salvation [tashuw`ah]: I have not concealed [kachad] thy lovingkindness [checed] and thy truth ['emeth] from the great [rab] congregation [qahal].   KJV-Interlinear

10 I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart; I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation; I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness from the great congregation. ESV

David is writing the words, but the words and thinking are those of Christ. One member of the Trinity, the Son, is speaking to another member of the Trinity, the Father.

The idea behind the words for righteousness, and faithfulness, and salvation, and lovingkindness, convey the entire concept and design and plan of God from truth, which is revealed to us within the content of Bible doctrine.

Righteousness is truth. Faithfulness is our reliance on God to never change. Salvation is God’s plan. Lovingkindness represents Gods grace.

The great congregation, is all of creation, and all of created life, throughout all of history.

Truth and God’s plan, have always been revealed.

God has never tucked them away within His own mind, and has never hidden truth from any of creation.

The angels knew the content of truth, as it applied to them, and humanity has known the content of truth and God’s plan, as it applies to us.

Truth is public and never hidden, while the dark side, or the lies against truth, are always kept hidden, and seek to deceive and destroy out of the darkness that they exist in.

Study [by instruction],
to show thyself approved [spiritually mature]
unto God,
a workman [student]
that need not be ashamed [ignorant],
rightly dividing [learning, understanding, discerning]
the word of truth [Bible doctrine].
