28:19
19 From the time [day] that it goeth forth [`abar] it shall
take [laqach] you: for morning [boqer] by morning [boqer] shall it
pass over [`abar], by day [yowm] and by night [layil]: and
it shall be a vexation [z@va`ah] only to

19 As often as it passes through
it will take you; for morning by morning it will pass through, by day and by
night; and it will be sheer terror to understand the message. ESV
From the time it goes forth, means from the time that
God issues judgment, then it will come.
It will not be delayed. It will not
be side-tracked. It will not be altered.
It will not be cancelled.
Judgment is always waiting for you to change your
ways. Waiting for you to repent. But, sooner or later, God says enough.
Judgment is determined and then ordered forth.
Once that happens, then your time is up, and judgment
is released with a vengeance.
Morning by morning, means that judgment continues and
continues and continues until its full force has been completed.
It does not let up.
It does not change. It just keeps
on coming. And when it is finally
finished, there is more than likely not much left of you, if you are even still
alive.
But, even though this applies to each and every person
on the planet throughout history, it especially applies to the Tribulation generation. For when the Rapture occurs, then God has
said enough and the tribulation will commence and continue with one disaster and
terror after another. Ever increasing
and escalating for seven years, and it will not stop until the Second Advent.
Terror to understand, is a phrase that means simply
that there will be no understanding, no logic, no reasoning to explain the disastrous
occurrences. And when people are under
the huge pressures and burdens of disaster and when that have no understanding,
spiritually speaking, then the unexplained becomes terror. Because you do not know what is happening,
why it is happening, or when or if it will come to an end.
And people in those days, will be suffering government
atrocities, criminal atrocities, famine and starvation and disease and worse
and worse and it will all seem to never end.
You do not want to be on Gods bad side, ever.
