8 Salvation [yashuw`ah] belongeth unto the LORD: [Yahovah] thy blessing [Barakah] is upon thy people. [`am] Selah. [celah] KJV-Interlinear

8 Salvation belongs to the Lord; Thy blessing be upon Thy people! Selah. NASB

Salvation is generally associated with faith in Christ. But it really means deliverance, rescue, being saved, health, welfare, security, delivered, victory and so forth.

This is in the feminine gender and encumbers all of these concepts, and is not limited to meaning being snatched out of the fires of hell, but a complete plan of deliverance (from eternal condemnation) and preservation and growth for blessings forever.

This destiny and plan belong to Christ, in the sense that He is the one who brings all of the details of the plan together.

The Father authored the plan, the Son executes it, and the Spirit reveals and supports and sustains the plan.

There is no other plan in existence that is valid. The world offers nothing but temporary enticement and eventual and certain destruction.

All blessings, all happiness's, all good things in life, come from Christ, or perhaps more correctly from the Father, through Christ and by means of the Holy Spirit.

People who pursue the good principles of life, reap the rewards of good. Good decisions bring more opportunities.

People who pursue the improper and wrongs things of life, reap the rewards of evil. Bad decisions cause loss in opportunities.

Selah, means a pause, a rest, the band plays on. Therefore regardless of how you choose to conduct your life, Gods plan rolls right along without even so much as a hiccup.

Your choice for God, means that you will adopt His will and purpose, and then enjoy phenomenal happiness's and far more.

Your choice against God, in whatever form, means that you will not change God or anything about His plan, but you will only destroy yourself, losing out on phenomenal happiness, wealth, prosperity, and opportunity for a completeness of your life all lost forever.
