Psalm 30:10

Psalm 30:10

10 Hear [shama`], O LORD [Yahovah], and have mercy [chanan] upon me: LORD [Yahovah], be thou my helper [`azar].  KJV-Interlinear

10 "Hear, O Lord, and be gracious to me; O Lord, be Thou my helper."   NASB

The word for hear, ‘shama,’ means to bend down low, to listen intently, to focus on me and my needs.

The word for mercy, ‘chanan,’ means to stoop in kindness to an inferior, to favor, to act with favor.  This is the action of Gods grace, or God actually doing something.  Whereas, grace is Gods favor, then mercy is His action, or grace in action.

Helper, ‘azar,’ means to surround, to protect, to aid.

And whereas we all live in this world, it does not hear our pleas in times of need.  The world shows no mercy, or does nothing really, for us except push enticements and false hopes and false paths in our way.  The world provides no help, no support, no aid, no protection.  This is the devils world, and his world is run by the laws of the jungle, supporting the strong and the quick, and even then, other strong and other quick always come along and remove the former strong and quick and so no one is safe or protected.

To balance out the jungle laws, God has given us the laws of divine establishment which serve to stabilize life and society in this world.

God the Son, who is the savior, who is the second person of the Trinity, who is Jesus Christ, however surrounds the advancing believer, who is in fellowship, with the wall of fire of His grace and divine favor, and hears our every plea, and supports us even when we cannot see it or understand it, preventing the world from swallowing us up into its misery, and promoting us within Gods plan for each of our individual lives.

In the world, we are nothing more than a number, a category, a small link in a very long chain.

But with God, He listens to each one of us personally, listens intently with great focus to each of us, has a personal plan just for us, making each one of us intrinsically valuable beyond imagination.  God interacts directly with us on a one to one and personal basis, through doctrine and through prayer based on that doctrine.

Therefore, you have to learn doctrine and live in doctrine daily, in order to have access to this personal relationship.

And how do you learn bible doctrine?
