Romans 3:4

4 God forbid [me] [ginomai]: yea [de], let [ginomai] God [theos] be [ginomai] true [alethes], but [de] every [pas] man [anthropos] a liar [pseustes]; as [kathos] it is written [grapho], That [hopos] thou mightest [an] be justified [dikaioo] in [en] thy [sou] sayings [logos], and [kai] mightest overcome [nikao] when [en] thou [se] art judged [krino].   KJV-Interlinear

4 By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar, as it is written, That you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you are judged.”   ESV

Paul states one of the fundamental principles of Christianity, which is, God is truth and in God there is no lie.

Quoting Psa. 51:4
4 Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your words and blameless in your judgment.

There are two, and only two, views in all of creation.  The first is the view of God, and the second is everything else.

God is truth, and thus everything else is not truth.  If you state truth then you state Gods view, not yours.

Regardless of what the circumstances of life may be, God is never wrong, God is never to blame.

And anyone who argues or tries to debate this principle, is only wallowing in their own filth of confusion.

To say that God can make a mistake, is to say that God is not God.  The fundamental essence of God is truth. The whole foundation of creation rests upon this principle.  Remove the principle and all of creation crumbles into oblivion.  Which, by the way, no one can or could restore or repair.

So, to condemn God means condemning yourself.

And as far as this passage goes, God did not promise to Abraham, that every Jew would be saved, only that every Jew who is obedient to God, namely in faith, will be saved.

That same principle applies to everyone.  Salvation is by faith, not by works.

Obedience to God is to believe in Christ, as God commands, and that is faith.  To try something else of your own invention, is a lie and therefore a waste of time and effort.

The verse quoted makes it clear that all sin is against God.  All sin is against truth.  All sin is disobedience. And, all disobedience is sin.  This includes refusal to obey Gods mandate to study daily, refusal to confess regularly, refusal to comply with Gods expectations in your responsibility and obligations of life.

And for you to prevail, you have to use Gods words, not your own agenda, not your own pretense, not your own invention, nothing of your own.

Only Gods methods and procedures and processes are bonafide and legitimate and acceptable to God.
